Error: You do not have a license to use this product when attempting to launch Sage ACCPAC ERP
This common error is related to network user rights on the server ACCPAC share or connectivity issues between your workstation and the ACCPAC server. Your IT resource should:
- Check for connectivity problems – can the ACCPAC share be viewed/accessed through Windows Explorer?
- Check user rights on the ACCPAC share – the network user should have ‘Full Control’ over the ACCPAC share and all subfolders.
Error: Cannot access database. Error=49153
This common error is related to connectivity to your Pervasive Server. If other ACCPAC users are able to connect to ACCPAC with no errors, try rebooting your workstation. If this message is being received by all ACCPAC users, have your IT resource verify that the two Pervasive services are running on the ACCPAC server. If not, they can be started manually. Your IT resource may also wish to reboot the ACCPAC server after verifying that no open files exist on the ACCPAC server.
