TIP OF THE MONTH

Here are a few shortcut keys you can use in ACCPAC to help speed up processing:

F5 Finder Key

With the cursor in any ACCPAC field with an active finder, hitting the F5 key will bring up the Finder screen without using the mouse.

F9 Zoom Key

While in any transaction entry line (for example, entering an Accounts Payable invoice), hitting the F9 key will launch an ACCPAC Zoom screen. A Zoom screen transforms the data entry line to a separate screen to allow for more efficient data entry.

Plus (+) Key Calculator

With the cursor in any ACCPAC numerical field, hitting the plus (+) key will open a calculator screen. After performing a calculation, you may hit the letter P to paste the result into the ACCPAC field and close the calculator.

F1 Help Key

While in any ACCPAC screen, hitting the F1 key will open up a Help screen specific to the screen you are viewing.

TRAINING

Are you already creating basic Crystal reports and would like to take it to the next level? This one day course will add the following new tools to your toolbox: Sub-Reports, Cross Tabs, advanced conditional formatting and formulas. (If you have little or no hands-on Crystal experience you should consider our introduction to Crystal class).
