With the release of Sage ACCPAC ERP 5.4, users now have the ability to enter ‘Miscellaneous Payments’ against vendor records in Accounts Payable. This new feature allows users to enter invoice and payment details on one screen for immediate entry and settlement of an invoice with all details stored within the vendor’s record. The same new functionality also exists in Accounts Receivable with the ability for ‘Miscellaneous Receipts’ to be applied to customer records.

Simply select which fields to report on from the list of available fields (full English descriptions, not cryptic names and symbols), and ACCPAC Query does the rest!
